I'm looking for the three springs that go inside the starter clutch
of a 1974 yamaha the caps and bushings are available from the dealer, but the springs are discontinued.. where can I locate the springs for replacement.. Is there a after market supplier somewhere that can provide this or a bone yard that is known that can help me here. I'm in Cleveland Ohio (Weeknlou4u@yahoo.com)

thumperstuff.com has a lot of 500 parts for sr, tt, xt. There is another place that is good also. If I remember the name I will add it to the answer later. Hope it helps.

take the springs with ya and go to any good hardware supply store,or if ya have one nearby a tractctor supply store. also any automotive electric shop should be able to hook ya up..also try this guy on the net lyndemtc @sover.net

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions.
It's hard to locate parts when we don't know what bike you have.

junk yard or if you know the length and "K" rate, you can get them at OSH
