Human nature will not allow it.

Some of us don't know where the rock starts from and as there are no brakes on it, it doesn't stop at regular rock stops. Besides, wouldn't we need tickets?
Seriously though, the reason we can't all get on is because it is over-crowded already. Even if we are all on it, someone will get pushed off. Someone else will fall off. Everyone needs their personal space. The weakest and the most obnoxious would lose their hold. Bye-bye!

We can't all get on Oblivion at one time as there is not enough available space on the ride.

I would recommend getting a fastpass ticket, allowing you quicker access later on.

It is also a slur on the Alton Towers Company to suggest that the periodic mechanical checks on the braking systemwere not carried out professionally.

Because power and competition all lie heavily in the human breast! Whether this is borne out of passion or ignorance, it is very much part of our human make up and will always cause trouble and strife. But don't forget passion has a plus side .... it drives human endeavour, builds skyscrapers and planes that soar into the sky ... mends broken bodies and cures illnesses .... creates an orderly place and community to live in. Take away passion and power and competitiveness will fade away ..... see, we simply cannot have the good without the bad ....... and of course a purpose in life!

oh ok i see where you're going this is cos i pushed my brother of that rock we were stanging on isn't it?
no but seriously, mankind will eventually get on, you ever notice how you never know how good something is till you lose it. and how men and women and children, blacks whites hispanics asian christians islamics muslims buddists all help each other when something goes wrong well as soon as an alien race comes to wipe us out, and does kill a couple billion then we will live in peace. Because there will be enough room and you know thats how humans act. so.... unless you have a genie in a bottle somewhere and are planning to flog it on ebay to a good guy, we're not going to get on for a good few years.....

Because as humans we tend to look at the small picture. People are too wrapped up in their local spheres and themselves to care about the big rock. Plus we die quick and easily

greed, religion and power - well.... i suppose its the same thing really, but we're all wrapped up (including me) in consuming as much as possible (metaphorically speaking) that we will trample on, or elect people to trample on anybody who gets in our way, the problem is that everybody on the globe is the same, therefore we will continue to kill each other for the forseable future...... probably IMO
