Time.
Because relationships are not just about what the two of you have as likes and dislikes, shared hobbies, looks, and stuff you can list on a sheet of paper. It's about what you choose to be to eachother. You can ask all the questions you want but the only way to find out if he is there when you need him is to be with him for a while.
In other words when you say "we have a lot in common" it won't just mean demographical information, it will mean" we have a lof of shared experiences in common." That's how you build trust.

if u are close enough to God the Holy spirit will give u the assurance. that's the only surest way girl. it happenned in my own case we are married now and every bit of the uion is just it.even with the third child on the way. the commitment seem to increase daily. things he wld not naturally do for any lady he does without hesitation. even those he would disagree with during courtship. know what i mean.

My father once told me that the first time he saw my mom, she sort of glowed to him. She was in a band at that time, and when he looked at her on the stage, she had some kind of shimmer around her. Nobody else could see it, only him. It was love at first sight. He also felt something in his heart and knew she was the one.

when you are truly in love you have no questions there arent any you just know. but make sure this is love at first sight not lust. and if you have been with this person for quite some time then you need to ask yourself this are they everything you need/want/hope for/and desire?

i think that you will know when you meet him and have spent loads of time with him. i love my husband loads and knew that he was the one for me when we mwt. at times he drives me mad but i know that he loves me and i love him so ignor all the crappy stuff.
