In philosophy, the teachings of it, should enlighten you to realize that there is no such thing as luck for the philosopher to involve or determine their fortunes and the real philosopher doesn't believe in this theory, as such as, the same theory of believing in the conceptual realizing value of thinking that fate and free-free will can simultaneously co-exists with each other, for, how is it that the luck involve fortune's fortunate fate, be, if the philosopher believes in free-will not fate? Therefore, before, in the admixture of conceptual thinking the answer to you question is that if you believe in free-will, then luck has no domain, but if you believe in fate, then,the fortune lies in your life, as, they way in was meant to your life's evolution.

what do u mean by luck?
if u mean destiny u have to believe in it as it can't be changed
but if u mean superstition never to believe in them
they will only destroy your life
