Scam, scam, scam!

If you don't remember entering this lottery, you don't have the lottery ticket and you've never lived in Spain, then no, you didn't win anything.
Also, they'll want you to pay cash upfront for the 'fees/taxes'. That's illegal! You never have to pay money before you receive your prize/winnings. Taxes are your responsibility after the fact.
Besides, international lotteries are illegal in the United States.
