I was a "petite" teenager, so here are some of my responses:
1. Gap jeans - I lived in the ankle length as a teenager. They also know carry Petite Length, as well, so they're even shorter than ankle length. This also includes Old Navy Jeans.
2. American Eagle - they carry petite length, as well.
3. Levi's - They carry Short length in the juniors section, and have a petite line, as well.

Your other options are to buy more expensive jeans that fit you in your hips, buttocks and thigh area and getting them tailored to be your length. Generally, every jean comes out looking fabolous, except boot cut fit.

Also, from www.oprah.com, other jeans to try (haven't heard about all of these) are Banana Republic, Kasil, Jag and Caslon.

The Gap has a line of jeans called "Long and Lean" that fit most girls well. You might have to go into the Gap Kids to get your size though. The Gap Kids has up to size/age 16. They are the same styles as the adult ones.

Gap jeans Ankle length - the only ones I have found to fit me over the years. Pricey, but good quality - watch for their back to school sale and sale racks where you can get a pair for a greatly reduced price.

Aeropostale.com or the store Aeropostale if you have one near you! They have jeans to fit everybody. The best part is that you can get slimmer jeans with longer legs (if you are tall). Or slimmer jeans with shorter legs (if you are shorter!)They have short, long, and regular. You will definately find something there!

Probably ones that are part spandex - that way they don't hang off you and make you look like you're sick lol. I hate jeans shopping because I'm a size 0. They're usually the first to go. Because I'm short also, I have to hem them quite a bit after I buy them.

I'm petite - 5ft even or so... and it was always hard to find jeans that fit... I ended up rolling them up or cutting them off. Sorry...no better advice.

I love Aeropostale for jeans. They have lots of slims. I'm a 00s and that's the only place that has lots of styles in my size.
