I liked Timothy Dalton the best because he could control himself around women, but was still dashing. Also, he killed Russians a lot. I liked those 80s films.
Still, look at each this way.
Sean Connery: Classic, but not really British.
Roger Moore; Slept with more women and had cool gadgets, but didn't look like Bond should.
Peter.....I think: Totally awful movie and actor. Nice true romantic though.
Timothy: Self-controlled and starred in coolest films.
Pierce Brosnan: Stylish and Modern, but lacked classic style and lacked old fashioned Bond girls.

I just can't decide between Sean Connery is kind of cold but very charming and Pierce Brosman who is charming like an English man.

He was smooth and not just a pretty boy. He seemed made a more refined and smooth James bond. Instead of just a hip one like many of the other bonds.
