yes, if you already know your pregnant they will do an internal exam...as for your nipples, no, there is no need to check the nipples for anything, but breast exams yes..a good doctor will check you out completely.

If you get there that early. My OB office calls in a blood test when a period is missed. If that comes back positive they schedule a full exam, much like an annual, very soon into the pregnancy. I did not have any more internals until later in the pregnancy and the only breast exam was at the fist appointment. But that is not unusual at the first appointment.

Most people don't even know they are pregnant in the first month; but I've never heard of having an examination that early. Nipples? No.

I had one my first visit to my OB. And by nipples, you mean breast exam? I had one of those too. Get used to having them, I had one every 3 months. And the day before I went into labor, I had 3.

Our experts describe you as an appallingly boring fellow, unimaginative, timid, lacking in initiative, spineless, particularly ruled, no experience of humour, tedious business corporation and irrepressibly drab and undesirable. And while in maximum professions those could be important drawbacks, in chartered accountancy they seem to be a favorable boon.
