1.water skiing=already have, and i hated it
2.hang gliding=No thanks
3.bungee jumping=NO WAY
4.scuba diving=sure why not
5.paddle boating=already have..very relaxing..and kind of a workout
6.casino games=no thanks, i don't gamble
7.go cart racing=already have..its FUN
8.drag car racing=NO thanks..ill leave that to the crazy ppl that called themselves "professionals"
9.fly a jet= NO WAY, i have legs! for walking not wings for flying!
10.calf roping=already have, it's okay

Scuba Diving has always interested me but I have not pursued it. Maybe one day... I have parachuted out of a plane and it was very cool, did not see that on your list, might be something you would like to try!

From your list I'd have to say #4 scuba diving. Although my dream is to learn to surf and snowboard before I die.

My friend had a dream that me and her jumped from an airplane. Like, she's afraid of heights, but she's less scared around me, so that's why she dreamt it. I would go bungee jumping, because that's the closest you have.
