The credit card company would need to sue you first, but once they win the suit, they get a judgement against you. This will allow them to garnish your wages, or to seize your assets to pay the debt. They can seize the money in any bank accounts, also.
When they file suit, you don't have to appear, if you have no defense to the suit. The credit card company will simply win a default judgement against you.
To find your assets, after they get the judgement, they could file with the court to have you appear to give details of all your assets and income. If you don't go to this court meeting, you can be arrested for contempt of court and failure to appear.

Look, lawsuits cost money. And you will have to pay anyway eventually. Avoid this, negotiate with the company and come to some agreement before the lawsuit comes. If you need help, there are a lot of resources. Just google "credit card debt".
