wow no. depends who it is though.
but if it STARTED in question marks, and numerous ones, unless it was the backwards one for spanish questions, i would NOT answer it, because it's slightly irritating.
If it ended in numerous q. marks, it'd depend on how busy I was, and how irritated I started out as before seeing it.
But most likely, I'd huff, and type a quick, annoyed response.

why - where - when - which- if it comes from a 3 or 4 year old then it is a waste of time giving it an answer because it will be asked 1000 times again. good luck on finding the correct answer
