I've heard shocking ur muscles with small pulses of electricity will help its growth and stuff. Is this truse?
I'm not actually considering to do so.

yes, it is true. that principle is being used by physical therapists in preventing muscle loss from people who suffer from paralysis. people who are paralyzed can't use their muscles, and if these muscles aren't used, they undergo wasting, or atrophy. so they lose their bulk and they become small. so these machines "shock" the muscles with little volts that coax your muscles to move, without you moving them.
