Political Correctness sucks.
1. Terrorists are middle eastern - therefore patting me down in an airport when I am traveling with my husband and 4 kids is STUPID.
2. I can say BE MARRIED BEFORE YOU HAVE CHILDREN. On here an unwed lady TRYING to have a baby had a fit with me and called me ignorant...what is that?
3. I do not think a GAY lifestyle is appropriate and you should not adopt children. I can have that opinion without being ignorant. You liberals throw that word out much too often.
I'm intelligent and have good moral values. I CAN say that I do not want to tolerate a behavior.
Do you tolerate bad behavior from your kids and not try and teach them what is right...

As to my views being "out of date". How can good moral values and decency go out of date?

suncatcher - it is very refreshing to have someone disagree with me who is actually rational and has an alternate solution (to which I guess I agree with the gay thing).

I agree with you, partially.
1. totally agree with you
2. disagree because... hey, what if a woman turns 30-35 and Mr. Right is just NOWHERE??? What can she do? I'd tell her without any remorses: "Go for spermbank, honey, get a child, give a meaning to your life, nobody will throw a stone at you for this!"
of course, this was an exception
3. I think they should be allowed to adopt only GAY children. Since being gay is not only a lifestyle but also a genetically decided thing, once they discover the gene responsible for it, gay couples can check which child is going to be gay... so I would let them adopt... but, ONLY gay kids!
What do you think about this? It is something between the conservative and liberal, isn't it? The golden middle!

1. All terrorists are not middle eastern. They can belong to any nationality.
2. Why be married to have children ? That's like selling your freedom.
3. If people want to live ther\ir own life without harming anyone, what's the harm ?
Suppose you were an orphan, how would you feel growing up without a family ?
Who decides what is right and wrong ? A book written thousands of years ago which people call "holy" ??????

I think that we should raise our children and say "we don't believe in" and explain that others were not raised with the same morals and beliefs. That doesn't make them BAD it just leads them to make mistakes and that we should love everyone and not judge because we are not supposed to. Use people such as an unwed mother as an example of how sex is a sin and not having a baby. Tell your kids that life will be hard for the mother and the child, no father and Mom will have to work really hard to support them. The people don't have to be made to be bad just in a hard situation. LOVE should be the lesson

1. Timothy McVeigh was a terrorist, and would have slipped past your security screening.
2. Why? What business is it of yours if it's not your baby?
3. Again, why do you care? Is your moral code so superior that it has to be written INTO LAW?
4. For those whom I have a right to influence (family and friends) I try to set a good example and teach them to follow it.
You can't fix the world by shoving your values up its a--.
Good luck, though I think you are truly wound too tight, I wish you well. I know that you mean well and that you wish to spread your love of God, but this is not the way to do it.

Wow, I didn't realize that terrorist in Oklahoma that blew up that federal building was middle eastern! You are right... the airport shouldn't check us regular people.
