I started my car up and it was fine. 2 hours later it would not start at all. I checked all the usual things like the battery(its good) the starter works, and the altenator is good. I know this because I checked all of these parts in my other car and they all worked fine. I even checked to see if im getting power to the starter, which I am. I dont understand why am I getting power to the starter, but it wont even turn, even though the starter is fine when I checked it in the other car. The car is a 92' Fiat Panda (Euro Specs. )

You cant visually check a starter.. the piece that kicks out to the flywheel is kinda sealed to keep sand/dirt out and to prevent injury... also with the alternator and battery they can look fine all day long but if the battery is dead or the alternator is not charging how can you visually see that?

Anyway, you are either not getting enuf power to engage your starter or its just that your starter is not engaging... sometimes starters stick .. might take a wrench and tap on the starter see if that helps ... then try to jump start the vehicle... if neither work then you probably need a new starter

make sure you havent lost ground and that you are getting the proper voltage on the signal wire going to the starter. not the positive battery cable but the signal wire.

Dirty terminals at the battery, probably. Clean then thoroughly whether they need it or don't look like they need it.
