Captain Power, Centurions, Count Duckula, Pound Puppies, those Koala cartoon guys, those red shirt animal friends, those humans in animal outfits, Bozo, ........ Some retro sites don't even seem to remember them. Most people I know can't even remember them.

I really don't remember Captain Power, I was stationed in Japan during the time it came out.
Centurions was sooooo corny, nothing but a ploy to sell toys. Great idea for toy, but just never caught on. I remember they could attach like diff rent items (mostly weapons) to their suit of armor.
Count Duckula was so trippy...I think it came from the same folks who made Danger Mouse.
Pound Puppies was cool as a stuffed animal. The girls were crazy about those things, so I had one in my car. I remember the leader was like a cool character. I think it was a white dog with a black jacket, kinda like a Fonzie character. The cartoon show was too reminiscent of an old cartoon where they lived in the alley and was always being chased by the dog catcher; they were more live a low level gang, but good guys.
Are you talking about Kwiky Koala?
The red shirt animal friends were the Shirt Tales. I remember they actually had some type of plane.
Humans in animal outfits? You got me on that one.
Bozo the clown? I remember the cartoon show and the live TV show that stayed on the Chicago station forever.

I remember Bozo ALOT! I used to always watch it in the morning(well not me, but my younger brother). I remember this one cartoon called captain planet, in which he helps encourage people to keep their lives clean and help mother earth.

I think they were way after my time. But, I remember the OLD Bugs Bunny cartoons (each frame hand rendered...so beautiful!) from the late 40s, that had a VERY political slant to them; I don't think they've been aired since the 60s, due to their explosive racial content. Now, THERE were cartoons!
