No I usually stay at the Palm Hotel which is really nice a good price and is close to the Oasis hotel. It isn't on the beach but they have a shuttle. With 3 days you should check out the Mall of the Emirates which is huge and has a ski hill in it. Ibn Battuta Mall is absolutely amazing. Then you can do the Gold Souk at night. You can do a desert safari. I love Wild Wadi water park. It is pretty fun. Usually though when I go I just party, shop, eat, and go to spas. Go to the Irish Village for a good meal and the Japanese Restuarant on the second floor of Emirates Tower is great.

stayed in hotel last year. it is decent hotel. visit creek and go to souk on boat. must go to wild wadi. taxis are dirt cheap.

Go to a different zouk every three hours. There are so many that you will three weeks to go to all of them.
