Okay first off if the US was going to overhtrow Cuba we have had 5 decades to do it. Also learn geography, Guantanamo Bay is part of Cuba.

Neocons aren't fascists, and Guantanamo Bay is a Naval Base and POW camp. We have every right to establish it as such, and have no plans to make Cuba into your distorted vision of what Gunatanamo Bay is.
