What is the proper listing structure of Corp. Officers (By Power and Imorptance)? Am I correct in this below?

3.) Chief Financial Officer
4.) Vice President

Is this order of titles correct???

Chairman of Board of Directors
Board of Directors
President/CEO
Senior VP
CFO
Vice President
Secretary, Treasurer (vice versa)
and then on from there

Number 1 should but the board of directors followed by everything you list in order. The board can fire everyone and they can hire anyone.
