You have to emigrate to the US from some other country. If you are already in the US, just go there.

From where? People are moving there all the time. Just load up your car and drive there.
If you are in Cuba, you'll need to fashion a raft of some sort. That's what my younger brother's fiance's parents did. Rafted over from good ol Cuba.

First get your passports and get into the counrty legally. When you get to the counter tell the officer that you and your family wish to become citizens of the U.S. They will help you from there. If you do it the right way it'll take a while. But it will happen for you if you stay within the law. Let me be the first to welcome you to your new home.
