Basically I need to know where I can download a free disc & registry repair tool? Also how can I wipe the memory clean and start all over if the repair tool doesn't help?

to wipe clean, you'll have to use your restore disc, either your OS, or the disc you got with your computer when you bought it. You can buy restore discs from your computer maker for about $20 by going to their web site store ans typing in your computer name.

Nothing is really free in life. There are free downloads of registry cleaners out there but and I repeat but they are very basic and basically scan your registry and then promote you with the real advance product. My opinion go out and buy one for about 30-50.00 and be careful what you delete because of shared files.

To clean up everything you would need to reformat your computer, if you have windows xp, you need to put the windows xp disk and follow the instructions....cleans up evrything
