Is masturbating by seeing someone on street wrong?

If you can convince that it is morally wrong, I won't do it. I heard women find it creepy which I don't understand why. B/c for men, they would feel like,"oh I am this hot that they can't control their urges when they see me?!" However, it felt wrong to do it, I was just trying to reason it. If it isn't wrong to masturbate by watching someone on t.v., then how is it wrong to do by watching them in front of my eyes?( just pretend I cant get caught, she'll never find out)

Masturbation is a normal function and morally there is nothing wrong with it. But one must always use discretion in where and how you go about it. But masturbating in front of a TV in your own home and attempting to stroke yourself on the street is two different things. It can be done but use caution. better to wait till you can be alone...

It is certainly wrong to do this in public or to suggest to a stranger that you will be doing it.

This is one of those private things that is best resolved in your own home.

You can also be charged with public indecency, lewdness, or even sexual harrassment so I suggest you keep it in your own bedroom.

First of all you have to hide what you're doing when you masturbate in public. Wearing a raincoat and lying on your side in a park always did it for my father. I asked my younger brother but he denies ever doing it in public. (He's such a dick, really.)

Now if you want to masturbate at your window (or have sex) and the window is open and no one can "see" you then that's your prerogative.
