That would depend on if you're talkinga bout Indian law (as in Native American) or India (as in the country India).
If they are from India and living here in the USA They are then bound by USA laws. Native Americans would have been born here, so are already bound. Tribal laws can be different though. But either way, you live here, you have to abide by the laws that the particular country has set up.Just as someone from USA whom lived somewhere else would.

Only Muslim man is allowed to marry five times even if all wives are alive by Indian low. Others have no chance to marry more than one if he or she alive

Muslims do it as a roundabout way to permit adultery. Thus they feel so righteous and pure and look at christian infidels with scorn. What a bunch of hypocrites.
