Usually. I look to see if people are taking the question seriously. I try not to give a 10 line summary if people are answering with one liners. :) By looking at the answers, it doesn't change my response though.

I post then i examine the solutions from time to time i examine the solutions first it relies upon on what share solutions the question has if it has like 50 i examine first if it has one answer then i examine it and then answer
