I'm not alowed to get opinions? I've gotten an array of opinions so obviously people think differently and I'm alowed to know what they think. And we were stopped at a red light right next to him.

I guessed I phrased this wrong. I didn't mean to be offensive, I simply meant "Does it upset you, could he have went behind a building or something?" I don't know I'm half asleep.

Should've called the cops. What he was doing is illegal.
A guy goes to see his optometrist. The doctor looks at him and tells him he'll have to stop masterbating.

I feel that your question was unneccesary. You are a 14 year old girl. If it disturbed you, you should call the police and have him arrested for indecent exposure.
If you simply put the question on here because you are bored and wanted to be dramatic, go and practice your sax or something.
