Well, I liked Barbarino and Juan Epstein, who always had a letter from his mother for almost everything involving school. And let us not forget "Boom-Boom" Washington and Oooh, Ooooh, Horshack!
You should've asked which character was the LEAST favorite ones and I would have to say the grown-ups! LOL they were boring (and Beau, the blond-eyed Southernboy). They all sucked!

Kotter. Can't recall the actor's name right now, but he was so good as the straight man to all those kids. Hal Linden. Great actor

I liked Kotter himself, the teacher played by Gabe Kaplan...wasn't it?? Haven't thought of that show in awhile, but loved it!

wow thats old.. i liked the teacher Mr. Kotter, he was always disrespected, but still cared for the students, lol i only saw one show of it on T.V like a month ago.. it was pretty funny

Oh I loved it....I am so disappointed they aren't releasing full seasons yet on DVD....just a single compilation so far.

Favorite has to be Arnold Horshack.

Although I still crack up at Freddie Boom Boom Washington saying "Hi There" in that deep formal voice.
