It has to do with your water quality. If you have poor water, it will stain your clothes orange. You are also showering in it, cooking in it, and drinking it. You might want to consider a water filtration system for your home. Just check them out. Some companies are not very scrupulous.

Orange discoloring in your clothes could be a lot of things check these things out
•Check washer drum for rust spots (when it hasn’t been used all week your white load woiuld pick up the rust.)
•Incoming minerals such as rust or iron ( could have you water tested)
•If you’re adding bleach at the same time as your detergent on top of your clothing this can cause a chemical reaction turning the soap(even if blue) to an orange color and then being absorbed into the white clothing causing orange stains on the white clothes. (This would be like the white bleach stains on darker clothes.) To avoid mix soap and bleach into water first then add clothes.

It could be your detergent(Tide) and sometimes softeners will leave those stains neither should be placed on the clothes directly untill there is water added...unless it is especially just for getting stains out. Try to add detergent after the water has started filling up and just put it(detergent) in that area. It will all mix together during the cycle. Good Luck!

I have to agree with the "rust assumption", might need to call a professional about that. However, in the mean time, try using some baking soda in the wash to get rid of the orange stains and to prevent new ones. Good luck!

could be the chemicals in the detergent is not mixing with the chemicals on your clothes , we all have our own body chemistry and you will probably have to change detergents until you find on that doesnt do that to your clothes. also look into your water it might be a problem with your water . too hard too soft water it will turn your clothes also.
