do not worry about it =) I had my first era at the same time as i became 12 too and purely had it once and then I were given it back at the same time as i became 13 and did not have it consecutively till i became 16 now i'm getting it each and every 7-8 weeks and it lasts for about 5-6 days - effective i comprehend properly. basically basically be sure you inform your mom or in case you are able to't tell her then tell someone who's an in intensity individual lady which will hear to you. also basically be sure you're workout and ingesting a lot of water and ingesting wholesome. workout can help you your era not very last as lengthy. yet another tip that my clinical professional advised me is to placed little x's on the calender on the days you've your era that way you are able to seem back and degree the time aside your cycles are. It completely sucks having your era im sorry =( oh and yet another element once you've your era carry tylonol or advil with you for cramps - they're going to extremely finally end up to be lifesavers
