That is where the myth fell apart right at the begining. The novelists who wrote the "bible" should have had white out, so they could have started over. Can you imagine the whoppers that could be written today with the technology to produce written word from imagination almost instanteously? Gee, they could even produce digital video to show how it all began. They can rewrite the whole thing and even get it politically correct by today's standards. Do you now understand how illogical all religion is and what it seeks to acheive, mind control. Mind control equates cultism, they are all cults.

There are many examples in the Bible in which the text provides a story to illustrate a point or give an example of something but details that go beyond the intended point are left out. It might be like a story about a great baseball player in which the author describes a driving home run hit over the fence to win the game. Well how did that happen the hitter has to run around the bases. Since that part was left out the story about the great hitter must be false. The point was that God created Adam and Eve and they had children. If he repeated that miracle several times those facts were not necessary to make the point that God created mankind.

First of all, Abel never married. He was killed by his brother. Secondly, the Bible does not say that Adam and Eve were the ONLY humans created. But even with that theory, Adam lived to be 930 years old. He had HUNDREDS of children. So it's very likely that Cain married his sister.

Not that I believe any of this, but the way I've heard this answered is this. The bible does say that God created Adam and Eve and that they had two sons, but it doesn't say that they are the only ones he created. The creation of their wives simply wasn't mentioned.
