Just because someone is NOT paranoid does not mean 'they' aren't after him (her).
However, being too paranoid is a disease, and can destroy your life.
And, if everyone is in fact out to get you, they must gave reasons which you should be familiar with. Take care of that and it should go away.
If you are not aware of any reason, then you are simply sick. See a doctor. You know, shrink?

The very thought that everyone is out to get you is itself a symptom of being paranoid. You are never so important that all others would throw away the work in their hands and run after you. To entertain such thought seriously is being waylaid in a Fools' Paradise.as Israel is now doing. If you have a reasonable belief that the whole world is against you you should consider whether the world has become paranoid about you and if so look out for reasons and remove them.

I would rather say, be a bit more cautious than being paranoid. I mean when you are paranoid the stress is really can get you buddy, i tell you...How can you be so certain that people are after you,? but on the other hand may be they are.... So think wisely and keep your eyes open, don't trust anybody easily, don't open up to ppl easily too...so that's how you watch over yourself rather being jittery or afraid about what might happen...

You can still be paranoid and right... it may in fact be because people have been out to get you that you are paranoid (observe newly immigrated people who have come from heavily fascist police states when they interact with authority figures).

If everyone IS out to get you, then paranoia is quite a good adjustment to your environment, wouldn't you say?

I think it would be right to be paranoid under those circumstances.

"Everyone" is a bit much. I'm sure there's an enormous bus load of tourists on their way to various sites around the US like...Hoover Dam, Statue of Liberty, etc. Now why would any of them be out to get you when they don't even know you exist. Lighten up and get real. You aren't that important that most people would even care.

you're already paranoid if you think everybody's out to get you, but i don't think it's wrong unless you have solid proof that the person really is out ot get you. if not, maybe you just need to build up your self confidence. most people who are paranoid aren't that confident with themselves or have somethng to hide and so it causes them to be paranoid.

Try thinking positively. sometimes being paranoid causes people not to see that other people actually care about you even if they don't know you that well.

It depends on whether or not the feeling that everyone IS out to get you is a delusion. All paranoid people believe people ARE out to get them.

No then its just silly. If everyone is out to get you it is wrong not to begin wearing a cape and calling yourself by an alias and working toward world domination.
