You will never be rich as long as you have to work hard for a living. If you want to even be considered rich, you'd have to have a lot of people working for you. Your probably could have said how well off are you.

My income stays the same and everything else goes up. I am on a fixed income and I am in the work force. We just had a raise and it was mere cents! Gas is three dollars per gallon! Things aren't too rosie here.

Considering my level of formal education, my income is pretty good.
I'm not rich, but will be doing well when I retire in 10-11 years (I'm 44 now).

Enough salary to buy food, rent a room to stay in and pay for a new computer every 3 years and the monthly cable subscription.
That is quite pathetic considering the number of years i spent studying.

Well, since i'm not employed at this moment .. my income is $0.00, so i don't qualify as rich. Trying to figure out if i'm below poor, possibly.

income is never enough since prices constantly keep going up.

The question should be how poor are you and to be totally honest, very poor. Family of 3 we make less than 20,000/year

Im 39 years old and I make 63,000 per year and have a net worth over 300,000.
What will that get me though? I sure cant retire on it.

Not enough.....Pay check to pay check... Just like any normal family...I wish I could do more for my 2 kids but the military won't let me go ask the boss for a raise...LOL
