I asked this question before and most woman told me that they were given the OK to exercise IF they were doing that before they got pregnant. However, I was told to watch my temp b/c our internal temps can rise, which is not good for the baby.

Ask you Dr what is safe abd whatever he tells you,use it so you dont have all this extra fat and stretch marks after birth

SWIMMING is low-impact and a good work-out but you should ask your doc...and I'm sure your baby is safe inside of you - don't worry bout it!!!
