No. What RAM can do is make the applications you use (such as your web browser) open, close, and process data faster.

This means that while the connection speed doesn't change it may feel faster because the rest of your computer sped up.

Ram doesnt actually speed up your internet connection (thats at a set level but can help you get full use of the internet connection you have avaliable so if you increase your ram you will see an increase in the speed of internet activities.

While adding ram does not speed up the Internet connection itself, it will allow your system to display the pages faster. Of course the effect is only really noticeable with a faster connection in the first place.

Adding RAM doesn't speed it up. You need to upgrade the internet connection itself.

No.

Bandwidth is the measure of how many bits can flow from one place to another in a given amount of time. The actual bandwidth of a network is determined by a combination of the physical media (type of wire) and the technologies chosen for signaling and detecting network signals--not RAM.

Typical Internet connection speeds: 56K dial-up, 11Mbs ADSL, Satellite (very expensive), and cable (provided by your local cable t.v. service). Cable is probably the fastest connection speed with the most reasonable cost.
