me and my boyfriend been together for 10 months i can't chat i . i can't go nowhere i have no friends because of him he yells at me for having company why is he so insecure i never cheated on him.

A man being jealous is never about you ..how you look ...what you wear ..who you talk to ...what you do ...
Male jealousy is always about the man ....he has issues he needs to deal with ....talking to him may help you to understand why he is like that but if you expect him to change overnight ....it is not going to happen

Why are you with somebody like that? That's where the real problem is. The fact that you allow somebody to dictate what you can and can't do and allow somebody to yell at you sounds like you need to get some therapy to help you find out why you are still with him. He is obviously insecure, jealous and immature. You may have some self-esteem issues since being in a relationship seems to mean more to you than being able to stand up for yourself and make your own choices - like going out with friends or chatting.
When you deal with your own issues you will attract guys who will treat you right and don't need to abuse or act like a dictator to feel like a man.

He is jealous because of his upbringing. Perhaps he has had bad luck with fidelity.
On the other hand, consider it a compliment, albeit an annoying one. See, it means that even though he is nervous about having exclusive mating rights with you, he is interested enough to attempt exclusivity.

Do this for yourself. Dump him and NEVER AGAIN have a boyfriend lacking other men friends.
He's putting you in a cage because he doesn't like people and they don't like him. Where are his friends he goes bowling with, rides bikes with, goes to football games with, and shows you off to?
The longer you stay with him the smaller and dingier your cage will be. GET OUT and find a man who isn't an angry loner. Please.
