A lost love leaves a gap... Fill it with a new love

Maybe you need to make some changes. You obviously feel like you've lost something important to you...examine your life. If it's a person or relationship, you may have to dig deep within and find something to replace it, since you can't force people to be with you if they don't want to.
Have you been "iced" by a person you thought was your friend? I know how much that hurts, esp. as they give no reasons for it. Deep breath and lay it down, is about all you can do in this case. Fill your life with positive things.

Whatever happened to cause this, it is obvious you were intimately engaged in the situation. Take a deep breath and first recognize what you are feeling. Recognize that it will take time to heal. And finally try to be thankful for that time, learn from it and do your best to move forward. If one keeps looking back, one cannot move forward.

Probably because you are dissapointed with how life is turning out or are grieving something. You can fill your heart by doing some volunteer work. Helping others is the best way to help yourself.
