If you report her the publisity would just humilate you more so I wouldn't do that. This woman is 60 now right? And you are 45??? So I would just let it go I am sure she can't handle you now.
If you keep seeing her around your home maybe you should remind her of what she done to you and tell her she better go away and stay away from you that she is still clearly a very sick woman.

Seek some professional advice. How has this made you feel? If it has stirred some painful emotions you might find some counselling helpful for clearing your mind. Talk to your GP about getting it for free, usually get 12 sessions.
Don't rush into anything, you are in control this time, do what is best for you.
Good luck.

Did you like the sexual conduct?
If you didn't like it, inform the authorities skip the dad.
If you did like it... go for it.
And don't lie to yourself.

Tell your dad how you were abused and if he is a true Christian, he will believe and protect you.
