They should be jailed and after they have served a sentence (preferably at hard labor) any and all assets they have (car, money, clothing, furniture, or anything else of value) seized. Then they should be returned to Mexico. If the only punishment for being in the US illegally. is to be returned to Mexico, there is no incentive not to come right back over the border!
Progressively longer, and harder jail terms will eventually convince Mexicans that it is not worth it to come here illegally.
We also need to fine and jail employers who hire illegal aliens!

Putting them in jail will only increase the cost to Americans. They should be returned to Mexico and I really believe we should start charging Mexico for not stopping the flow of illegals by guarding their borders better. Anyone found to be using illegals to do low cost jobs should be given large fines and I mean large and made pay for the cost of returning the illegals to Mexico.

Go back to mexico, its the law.
If they stay they take away from out jobs.
If we put them in out jails than we have to pay for them.

Send them back to Mexico and have them enter legally. Then they are welcome in my book.
