there have been a couple instances where public nudity cases have gone to trial. the court system has ruled that nudity was legal if ther was no profit made by being nude. If you make a profit by nudity it becomes prostitution(which in some areas is legal). If the court system says that nudity in public is legal, would you appear in public nude?

I'm not talking about colonies or beaches or any other places set aside for it now. i mean like going grocery shopping, or to the mall, or paying bills, or working at the office.. normal daily out in public type of things.

No, I wouldn't, I don't feel at all comfortable naked, well only in bed! But that's just me, I'm sure loads of people would do it! And good luck to them!

Why have fear or shame of who you really are and how you were born? If I saw someone nude (male or female) I wouldn't care. It's not a big deal to me. You know, it's like this: They're human beings, just like you. Why would it matter whether or not they're wearing anything? Some people think there's a link between nudity and sexuality, which I think is total bullcrap. Just imagine people going on with their day as normal, except they're naked. Nothing sexual about that, is there?

I think not. I ride a motorcycle and the idea of falling without my armor is terrifying.
Also, being male, I have some dangly bits that would be in danger when sitting on possibly hot, or splintered, surfaces.
Not so much an issue of prudery as it is a an issue of practicality.
Don't let that discourage you, though.

As long as it was in an appropriate place...absolutely! I spend lots of time at the nude beach and love every second of it. I could definitely handle being naked in public doing ordinary things.

rockin6d....take a look around you. How many bellies do you see hanging out over belt buckles. How many people do you see that look like a stack of pink inner tubes. With all the flab, blob and overabundance of body hair do you really think that nudity would be an eden of beautiful bodies???? BLECHHHH!!!!!!

Yes, I am fit and I think I could go nude. It's seeing others nude that I'm not sure I could handle. I don't want to see Rosie O'donald, or Jack Black nude!

No way. I'm too overweight and not comfortable in my skin.
The funny part is that my mom is a nudist. She lives in a very expensive, high security, nudist neighborhood in California.
