Stretch marks are red at first, and they appear even on people who aren't fat. Since you're 13 you're probably growing, so they very well may be stretch marks. You get rid of them by laser surgery or microdermabrasion. They will fade in time and there are some lotions and ointments that are said to help fade them such as Vitamin E oil, Cocoa Butter, Emu Oil, Shea Butter, and Olive Oil

DON'T WORRY! they're perfectly normal. its just your skins response when the rest of your body grows too quick for it to handle- which is why teens, with their growth spurts, and pregnant women, are most likely to get them. there is no cure, but they will fade- trust me. i was upset at your age about the ones on my breasts- by 15 you couldn't even see them. rub cocoa butter into your skin every day to speed up the process and prevent further ones by helping your skin to stretch. if they don't calm down after a year or two, try bio-oil from the chemist :)

Next time you go to see your doctor let them know and they can help. There is no quick way to get rid of them. I had them too.
