First of all, there aren't any physical problems associated with not having an orgasm.
You just end up frustrated, that's all.
Now, why isn't an orgasm happening? Is it lack of sex?
If it is, there's always masturbation to help you out!
Or is that you don't get an orgasm during sex?
If that is so, you should realise that a lot of women don't orgasm with vaginal intercourse alone simply because there isn't enough clitoral stimulation happening. Get your partner to pay some attention to that love bud of yours and see the sparks fly!

Nothing but frustration. A female doesn't "discharge" anything in the same sense as a male discharging semen. Your fine.
