You want a decent job? Sorry, you have to start at the bottom like everyone else. You are still too young for McD's, and for most places in fact. You'd have to do like the other answerers said, mow lawns, run errands, babysit, walk dogs, etc. You can't get a decent job until you've had a couple of dozen crappy jobs first. That way you'll appreciate the decent ones.

Why do you want to work? You're 14! Embrace the fact that you don't have to work yet. Hang out with friends... go to the beach, lake, movies, park, loiter at the store, play video games, do what ever you enjoy doing with your friends. You'll have to work soon enough in life. Take advantage of your free time. If you want a little extra money try babysitting. But savor your free time!
