the pain is radiating down the side of my leg all the way to my foot-I have had this in the past, so I don't think it is my sciatic nerve acting up. Is there any exercise I can do to help??

GO to your medical doctor you need x-rays, a CT scan or a MRI so that you can find out exactly what is going on in there. Have you tried PT?

I would agree, a Chiropractor can take ex-rays to check you out, but it sounds like your sciatic nerve to me. My Chiropractor has helped me a lot with the pain in my back and legs. Try it, it's far better that having surgery!

If you feel the pain on back of your leg it is sciatic what you have. and this is different than having a herniated disk. Recommendation for pain relief.... go to your chiropractor it will help a lot.
