No.. but I think we are born to be a left handed. I for one a left handed person.

The "history" of left-handedness?
The word "sinestra" meant "left-handed"; the word "dextra" meant "right-handed". BUT the Romans admired Greek culture, they imitated/copied/adapted many of their customs/rituals/rites/etc etc after the Greeks...one slight variation, though. When the seers were looking for omens..the Greeks faced north...the Romans faced south...therefore, anything coming from the west...the land of the dead-sunset..was a bad omen....
In relatively short order...the word for left took on the connotation of "bad", "evil"
So....today..the word sinister means something bad, evil, nasty..instead of its original meaning of Left-handedness

It was thought for a long time that people who associtated with the devil were left handed....no joke, people would actually take kids to the church to have this "horrible curse" reversed! kinda hilarious!
