Talking is good, but some of these women do not what to listen. I personally know a female who is in abusive relationship. My wife and I have done everything possible to help this girl, but she always keeps going back with the guy. We are angered to see this because this guy always talks his way back into her life. What makes it really sad for us is this guy has no job, uses drugs and not faithful to her.
Overall, I feel these women are addicted to this lifestyle and no one or persons will change there thinking. Its like quiting smoking, they are going to have to be the one who gets fed up and leave.

for the person who answered "if you are in an abusive relationship, why stay in it?"
First, do your research. It's easier said than done. Most people in an abusive relationship can't just walk away. Too many factors play into what the victim is going through. Fear is a major part of that. Fear of the unknown. Fear of being hurt or stalked. Where I live a woman left an abusive relationship and her ex hunted her down doused her with gasoline and set her on fire and watched her burn. If it hadn't been for her co-workers this lady would be dead. I think that it is great when someone who has come from a situation like that can reach out to others. Ladies stay strong.

I got out of mine 2 years ago.
He would beat up on me, yell at me, call me all kinds of name, degrade and belittle me.
Then want to have sex to make things better.
If all else failed and he didn't get his way he would call the police and have me arrested. Other times neighbors would call the police tell them he was beating in me in the yard then be confused because I was the one that got arrested.
If they hit you once they WILL do it again no matter what they say or how much they Love You.
