Why my Camry jumps?

When I go at 25mi speed, my car shakes vertically and once I cross 30, it is just okay. What could be the problem? (Steering wheel also shakes - around 25 degrees clockwise and anti-clockwise)

I recenty did wheel alignment and guess alignment is not an issue.

It could be as simple as right amount of air in your tires. Or tire balancing. In hot weather tires do funky things.

It could be a broken belt in a tire.
