I can't say I have psychic powers per se, but there have been times when I have been "given" certain information (which I believe comes from God) to help people along their journey on this earth. I don't ask for these revelations, they just happen. For example, my friend was very ill dying of liver cancer. One day I was with her, holding her hand & praying over her when I got a series of "snapshots" of her life-different scenes of things that had happened to her. When we had finished praying, I wrote down all the "scenes" I had seen. She was astonished, as most of them she had never told anyone about. I told her they were a message just for her, perhaps some issues for her to work on. She agreed, as many of them involved things about her family.
My friend moved on from this world about 6 months after this happened. So the healing was spiritual not physical, but I believe she was ready to go.
To make a long story short, I use what I am given to help people.
As far as WHY I do it, it's almost though I can't help but do it. I feel the Spirit urging me on.

I don't know if this a type of psychic power, but I've always wanted to be able to... well, the kind of power that that blue man with a tail has in X-Men. Since I love to travel so much, it will really help me get out of that airport traffic.

i am a rationalist and don't believe in para psychology. any how my answer to your hypothetical question is i give psychic powers to all the good people so that there will be no chaos, no wars, no killings in the name of establishing democracy by super cop of the present day and no blood bath in the name of religious fundamentalism. with a magic wand in my hand i translate all my beautiful dreams in to real. no more inequalities of sex, economic, and political and ethnic.

i do and i use it to heal i do palm readind imagery and i read eyes also i do astro projecting but when i read palms i dont say the future i just use it to help them remeber the past and aslo help them reflect on personal issues then talk about them and basically say what do u think u would want from that and how can u move on its all about resolving and letting go of the stigmas ataached to it

Hmm, if I did something really stupid I would erase their memory, or If some1 was actin tuff and was a bully I'd probably pull down his pants with my Telekinesis. LOL! Let the whole world know he has a 3rd testicle, just kidding. I'd use them for good, most of the time. Buuuuuuuuuut you know i'd use them for ebil sometimes too. >:-D

I would help to catch criminals of all sorts (Osama Bin Laden, rapists, murderers, thieves, etc.), solve issues for those not able to move onto what is after this life, and tell fortunes to put myself through college.
