can i get his visa here in the states usa. and were do i get the visa here? hope someone can help me. i tryed the court house. they don't gave them, is there another place i can get them at?

You can get most visas for most countries at the closest consulate. If there isn't one in a city near you, you can usually request one in writing. The procedures will vary depending on the country you want the visa for. The US does not issue visas for other countries so don't bother asking the State Department.
