If it's a plain letter the post office tries to deliver within 2 days to any destination. If it's a package they might give you an estimate for 1 week. But it's just an estimate. There are options if you want to pay more to try and get your package received on a certain day, but, expensive and date not guaranteed (learned through experience). Also go to www.usps.com

That depends on what it is.
My father mailed my son a book from Pittsburgh via media mail 2 months ago and it's still m.i.a.
not positive how long from phoenix to Hawaii.
BUT DON'T SEND IT MEDIA MAIL
