Are there any billboards in ME, AK, HI or VT?

I heard the other day that those were the only 4 states without billboards. I just wanted to check the accuracy.

The information is true but it is under attack in Vermont. VT could have billboards coming soon.

I know Maine and Vermont has billboards. Don't know about the others.
