Is it possible for foreignors to buy land in Ethiopia?

in the rural areas, there is no title did for land. all belong to the state. you can rent or lease from the government.
in town it is a bit different. if you will come as an investor and invest, they will consider your application.

The farmers in Ethiopia cannot own the land. They can farm it, but the land belongs to the Government of Ethiopia.
