I have a friend that is going to tell me tonight and after he tells me i will let you know where to get it and how to do it. I already have the nes,snes,n64,genisis,Sega and Atari on my PC. it is pretty simple to do. let you know probably tomorrow

I had one a while ago.. I think it was called epsxe or something. You have to download that, then get a bios for the playstation. It's called like sch10001.bin (not sure) but it's really hard to find I got mine on limewire.
(I assume you're talking about the PSX, not PS2)

last time I knew there was a download at cnet.com for one of those - I dunno if you can trust the program but it will be worth a try cuz I trust cnet
